INITIAL CONTACT
MATERIAL COLLECTION
FAMILY MEETING
Creating an album is a profound process that demands collaboration and emotional preparedness from the recipient family. Hence, we exclusively consider requests from immediate family members or spouses.
Each family receives: A Questionnaire A Link for written texts A Link for pictures The file contains 
a detailed explanation of 
our work and a breakdown 
of each of the links.
we offer meetings with families who would like to deepen our understanding of their loved one. During the meeting, we have a free-flowing conversation that allows for sharing of stories, raising of memories and getting to know each loved one in depth.

ARTIST IMMERSION WITH LOVED ONE STORY
The artist receives and gathers materials from the family and begins brainstorming and planning ideas for the album. Each artist maintains a list of questions to enhance their comprehension of the person being honored. This stage continues throughout the entire album creation process.

ALBUM CREATION
Each artist works between 200-400 hours to create an 80-page album Each album tells the life story and spirit of one of the fallen soldiers. The albums are created using a variety of techniques, including: drawing, digital design, Paper cutting, Embroidery...

ALBUM BESTOWAL
Upon completing the album creation process, the artist, along with the family's contact from Memories in Colors, organizes a meeting to give the album to the family.This poignant and impactful meeting serves as a reunion, evoking stories, moments, and cherished memories of the loved ones
